Launch of immobilized lipase kit

Introducing the new Aminoverse Immobilized Lipase Kit!

We are excited to expand our enzyme toolkit! In addition to our lipase kit with free enzymes, featuring well-known lipases and variants, we now introduce a kit with 7 immobilized lipases. Immobilized lipases can show altered selectivity or enable reactions under conditions that free enzymes cannot, thanks to changes in stability, orientation, and local microenvironment, opening up new process possibilities, including enzyme reuse, for more efficient and sustainable workflows.

Our initial analyses indicate that three of these enzymes are not currently available on the market in immobilized form, while another outperforms the current standard. Your testing will certainly reveal additional advantages in specific applications.

Our enzymes are recombinantly produced in a Pichia system, offering higher purity formulations compared with many other products. This helps minimize potentially unwanted side reactions in applications like ester hydrolysis, esterification, transesterification, or aminolysis, giving you potentially better and cleaner results.

The kit was developed in collaboration with our long-standing partner Bisy and our Enzyme Technology Alliance member ChiralVision, ensuring top-quality, industrially relevant performance and scalability.
