Launch of Human CYP enzyme panel

Expanding the oxidative biocatalysis toolbox!

Aminoverse is excited to introduce our human CYP enzyme panel, providing instant access to 8 recombinant human Cytochrome P450 isoforms. CYPs are a heme-containing superfamily that catalyzes mixed-function oxidation reactions on diverse substrates, including xenobiotics, steroids, fatty acids, and eicosanoids. Key transformations include C-hydroxylation, N-, O-, and S-dealkylation, epoxidation, sulfoxidation, and reduction of azo/nitro groups. These enzymes rely on NAD(P)H for electron regeneration, enabling activation of molecular oxygen for challenging oxidations.

Developed in collaboration with our partner Bisy GmbH, the panel utilizes robust whole-cell biocatalysts for rapid substrate screening..
