Meet Aminoverse in September 2025.

This September, Aminoverse is excited to attend two events that shape the future of flavors & fragrances, as well as food innovation. Below is where you can meet us and learn about our contributions in this field and to these conferences.

Bioflavour2025 organized by DECHEMA in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from September 16 – 18.
David Schönauer and Jan Kneifel will be on site at Bioflavour2025. Visit us at our booth to explore our enzyme kits for hydroxylation for creation of novel flavors and fragrances as well as our range of service offerings. On Thursday, September 18, David will present our Unspecific peroxygenase (UPO) and Fe(II)-alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent oxygenases (KGO) solutions in a talk, focusing on the question of whether biocatalytic oxyfunctionalization of fatty acids is or will be economically viable.

FutureFood-Tech in London, UK, from September 24 – 25.
David Schönauer will be joining industry leaders to discuss how Aminoverse’s AI-powered platform enhances enzyme discovery and engineering for food applications. Building on this expertise, we also bring experience from collaborations in the food ingredients space, such as working with a partner on an enzymatic solution for reducing sugar uptake in the human body without reducing sugar content in the product.
